Journalists visit area where mine explosion took place in Kalbajar

The Ministry of Defense organized a visit of journalists to Kalbajar - the area where mine explosions took place on December 14.
The goal of the visit is to familiarize them with the mined areas and convey the terrorist actions of the Armenians to the world community.
Eight people, including four soldiers, were hit by landmines in the Kalbajar district at about 6:00 p.m. on October 14, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministries of Defense and Internal Affairs said in a statement.
According to the preliminary investigations, four employees of a construction company were hit by an anti-personnel mine in the Chirag village of the Kalbajar district.
At the same time, the investigation revealed that four soldiers who went to the scene for the evacuation were hit by a mine, 3 of them received various degrees of injuries, and one was killed.
