UK researcher responds to Ararat Mirzoyan: Responsibility lies with Armenia

UK researcher Taras Kuzio responded to the claims of Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan regarding the situation on the Lachin road.

"Responsibility for lies with 1) Armenian government which has refused to implement the November 2020 ceasefire agreement, withdraw its armed separatists from Karabakh, and sign a peace treaty 2) Russian 'peacekeepers' who have shown no interest in implementing the ceasefire agreement," Kuzio said on Twitter.
