Latvian Embassy honors memory of martyrs of January 20 tragedy

The Embassy of Latvia in Azerbaijan honors the memory of the victims of the bloody tragedy of January 20, 1990.

"The Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in the Republic of Azerbaijan honors the memory of the martyrs on January 20 together with the Azerbaijani people," the embassy said in a statement on Facebook.
