Ambassador: Ilham Aliyev, Mehriban Aliyeva showed great support for Türkiye after earthquake

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have shown great support for Türkiye after the February 6 earthquake, Ambassador of Türkiye to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci said at the Azerbaijan Agribusiness Forum.
"All Azerbaijani people have shown great support and unity to Türkiye. Thank you for the support,” he said.
The ambassador recalled that the Agriculture and Forestry Plan in Karabakh was signed between Azerbaijan and Türkiye in June 2021:
"This plan is an essential and detailed cooperation effort, which includes a large number of training and projects that support not only Karabakh but also Azerbaijan in agriculture, forestry, water, and all fields. Over 40 mutual visits were organized last year. I hope that the resources of Karabakh and Azerbaijan, especially in the agricultural sector, will be used in the best way and will strengthen the economy of Azerbaijan.”
He added that 55 Turkish companies are participating in the forum.
