Zakharova: 'Russia had predicted border tension against the background of the EU mission'

"We had predicted the emergence of tension on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border against the background of the European Union mission,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told a news briefing on Wednesday, reported from TASS.
