Kuwait allocates financial assistance to Ukraine’s energy sector

The government of Kuwait has allocated $1 million for the purchase of powerful electric generators for Ukraine, Spokesperson for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Oleh Mykolenko wrote on his Facebook page.
He noted that Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba paid a visit to Kuwait, during which the diplomats discussed assistance for Ukraine. The Arab country is also considering opportunities to join the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
During the visit of the foreign minister to Kuwait on the day of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, a number of other specific agreements were reached that will create new opportunities for the Ukrainian state, business and citizens.
The ministry noted that it is planned to intensify relations with other Arab countries of the Gulf.
