Armenia says ready for negotiations with Azerbaijan regarding plant in Arazdayan

The Minister of Environment of Armenia has addressed a request to the Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Europe regarding the construction of a metallurgical plant in the territory bordering the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan, near the settlement of Arazdayan (Yeraskh), and said that it is ready for negotiations with Azerbaijan.
