Belarus leader says Russian nuclear weapons shipments completed
26.12.2023 18:19
Russia has completed its shipments of tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus, President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at the EAEU summit in Sankt Petersburg on December 25.

Alexander Lukashenko said the deliveries were finished in October, though he didn't say how many or where they had been deployed.

He said hosting Russian nuclear weapons in Belarus is meant to deter NATO-member Poland, which supports Ukraine with military, humanitarian, and political backing.
