Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev extends condolences over Ebrahim Raisi's death

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has offered condolences to the Iranian people over the death of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi.

The head of state sent a letter of condolences to the Supreme Spiritual Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
