Local businessman killed in Goychay

A local businessman was shot and killed in Goychay District, APA reported.

The incident occurred in the village of Alpoud.

A 56-year-old resident of the village, Sahib Abbasov, was found dead near an electric transformer.

Initially, it was thought that he died of high voltage, but forensic examination revealed that he was shot.

The man was a local businessman and run a bakery in Goychay. He was a father of four.
