Cultural Center building in Khankandi to be restored

The Cultural Center building in Khankandi will be restored, reported from the Service for Restoration, Construction and Management in the city of Khankandi, Aghdara and Khojaly districts.

The department noted that preparations have already begun, and a corresponding project is being developed.
