Georgian ex-president egged at Tbilisi airport

Former President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili was pelted with eggs at Tbilisi airport after returning from the Munich Security Conference, reported from Georgian media.

"Zourabichvili recently became a target of a group of anonymous activists when she was returning from the Munich Conference. Zourabichvili, like Giorgi Gakharia, was pelted with eggs at the Tbilisi airport," according to the TV company Pirveli.

The day before, former Prime Minister and leader of the opposition party "Gakharia - For Georgia" Giorgi Gakharia was also pelted with eggs.
