Elon Musk to proceed with lawsuit against OpenAI

Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk will continue his legal case against OpenAI, the artificial intelligence company he co-founded in 2015, media reports said on Monday.

Musk filed the lawsuit earlier this year, accusing OpenAI and its leadership of straying from the company’s original non-profit mission. He is seeking greater transparency and changes in governance.
