Abramovich seen at Kremlin ahead of Russia-Ukraine talks

Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich was spotted at the Kremlin for the first time in a long while, just days before Russia and Ukraine are set to hold talks in Istanbul on May 15, Russian media reported.

Abramovich’s appearance raised speculation about his possible involvement in the upcoming negotiations.

Later, TASS clarified that Abramovich, along with other business figures, was attending a meeting of the board of trustees of the Bolshoi and Mariinsky theatres held at the Kremlin.
