Zelensky arrives in Turkey for talks on conflict resolution

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in Turkey to hold talks aimed at resolving the ongoing conflict with Russia through diplomatic means, Reuters reported.
Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan discussed the logistics of the visit with Ukraine’s acting foreign minister Andriy Sybiha.
On May 11, Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed resuming direct talks with Kyiv, stating that any future dialogue should focus on addressing the root causes of the conflict and achieving lasting peace.
