Trump wishes Biden speedy recovery after prostate cancer diagnosis

Former U.S. President Donald Trump expressed support for Joe Biden, who was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer.
In a post on his social media platform Truth Social on Sunday, Trump wrote:
“Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden’s recent medical diagnosis. We extend our warmest wishes to Jill and the entire family and wish Joe a speedy and full recovery.”
Earlier, The New York Times reported, citing Biden’s spokesperson, that the former president has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.
Doctors reportedly discovered a small tumor. Although the cancer is more aggressive, it appears to be hormone-sensitive, allowing for effective treatment, the statement said.
“The president and his family are reviewing treatment options with their doctors,” it added.
