Azerbaijan offers condolences to India over deadly plane crash in Ahmedabad

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry has extended condolences to India following the crash of a Boeing 787-8 passenger jet in the western city of Ahmedabad on Thursday morning.
“We are deeply saddened by the tragic plane crash in Ahmedabad, India. We extend our condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims and wish them strength and patience in the difficult days ahead,” the ministry wrote on social media platform X.
According to Indian news outlet TimesNow, the plane was en route from Ahmedabad to London when it crashed shortly after takeoff, killing at least 110 people.
