Iran claims full control over Israeli airspace – IRGC

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on Tuesday it had gained full control over Israel’s airspace, according to a report by the state-run IRNA news agency.

Israeli authorities have not yet commented on the claim.

Shortly before the announcement, the IRGC reportedly called for the evacuation of residents from the Neve Tzedek neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Iranian news agency Mehr reported.

Earlier, the Israeli military said it had detected two rounds of missile fire from Iranian territory targeting central parts of the country. A third launch was confirmed less than an hour later, according to the Israeli army’s press office.
