Iran will not abandon nuclear program after war with Israel

Iran will not abandon its nuclear program even after the 12-day war with Israel, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said in an interview with Al Araby Al Jadeed.
“We have invested too much in this technology. Our scientists have died, our people have endured sanctions, and we were dragged into war. No one in Iran will walk away from this program,” Araqchi said.
He warned that any attack targeting Iran's nuclear sites “will undoubtedly have serious and profound consequences.”
Araqchi reiterated that Iran remains committed to the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) but criticized the IAEA reports as politically motivated and ineffective in protecting Iran’s nuclear rights.
