Armenia's Pashinyan meets UAE president ahead of Aliyev talks

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan during an official visit to the UAE, Armenian state media reported late Tuesday.

Pashinyan was welcomed at Abu Dhabi airport by UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed. His visit comes ahead of a planned meeting on July 10 with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Abu Dhabi, part of ongoing peace talks between the two countries.
