Vatican embassy damaged in Russian attack on Kyiv

The Apostolic Nunciature (Vatican embassy) in Kyiv sustained minor damage during a massive Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital overnight, Vatican nuncio Archbishop Visvaldas Kulbokas said.

He reported that drones were flying near the diplomatic district, including around the nunciature. The building’s roof, garage, and service rooms were damaged. No injuries were reported.
