Russia and Ukraine could hold talks in Istanbul on July 23–24

A new round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine could take place on July 23 or 24 in Istanbul, Independent Türkçe reported on Sunday, citing diplomatic sources.
The time, venue, and composition of the delegations remain undisclosed.
Earlier this month, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reiterated his country's readiness to host the talks once a date is agreed. Last week, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov had proposed holding the new round of negotiations.
