Ukrainian drones hit Russian refinery in Volgograd, fire erupts

Ukrainian drones struck an oil refinery in Russia’s Volgograd region, causing a spill and fire, regional governor Andrei Bocharov said on Wednesday.

The incident occurred at the LUKOIL-Volgograd refinery, the largest fuel producer in the Southern Federal District, he added.
