Security guarantees for Ukraine to involve both European and non-European countries -Rubio

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that not only European allies but also non-European countries will be involved in drafting and ensuring security guarantees for Ukraine.

“We are working with our European allies and, by the way, non-European countries to establish such guarantees. That process is underway,” Rubio told Fox News.

He added that the guarantees should be created after a peace agreement is reached, allowing Ukraine to feel secure in the future.
