Putin congratulates Mehriban Aliyeva on her birthday

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijan’s First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva on Friday, the Kremlin said.

“Dear Mehriban Arif gizi, please accept my heartfelt congratulations on your birthday. I sincerely wish you good health, happiness, peace and success in your public activities. Please convey my greetings to Ilham Heydar oglu and all members of your family,” the message read.
