Azerbaijani PresidentAliyev attends royal reception in Copenhagen

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attended a royal reception in Copenhagen hosted by Denmark’s King Frederik X and Queen Mary Elizabeth, the presidential website said.

The event took place on October 1.

Aliyev arrived in Denmark at the invitation of Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen and European Council President Antonio Costa to take part in the 7th European Political Community Summit. He and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva were welcomed at Copenhagen airport by officials.
