32 factory workers poisoned by gas in Turkey

Thirty-two employees at a rubber products factory in Turkey’s Bartın province suffered gas poisoning from newly installed equipment, local media reported.

The workers experienced symptoms including nausea, vomiting and headaches. They were transported to hospital by ambulances and private vehicles.

Twenty-six were discharged after medical treatment, while six remain under care.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
