Tomahawk strikes in Russia would hit only military targets

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that if the U.S. supplies Tomahawk missiles to Kyiv, they would be used solely against military targets in Russia.
He noted that while energy infrastructure was not explicitly named, Russia’s revenues from energy sales fund its military, making them potential military targets.
“If we are talking about long-range strikes, we are talking exclusively about military targets,” Zelensky said.
Asked whether the U.S. is providing Ukraine with intelligence for strikes deep inside Russia, Zelensky declined to comment: “I cannot share all intelligence information. We are satisfied with how our two intelligence services are working. At present, their relationship is very strong.”
