Ukraine says it struck Bryansk chemical plant with Storm Shadow missiles

Ukraine’s armed forces said they carried out a missile and air strike on a chemical plant in Russia’s Bryansk region using Storm Shadow missiles, Ukrainian media reported.
Military officials said the air-launched missile successfully penetrated Russian air defenses as part of a “massive combined strike.” The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces said damage assessments were still being verified.
Russian media reported separately that Ukrainian drones targeted a power substation in the town of Trubchevsk in Bryansk region, leaving the city without electricity.
