 The Central Bank of Azerbaijan set official exchange rates for November 4, 2025, keeping the U.S. dollar unchanged at 1.7000 manats.

According to Report, the euro fell 0.2% to 1.9566 manats, while 100 Russian rubles declined 0.2% to 2.0988 manats.
