Trump comments on meeting between Witkoff and Putin

U.S. President Donald Trump told reporters that Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner had a “fairly good meeting” with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Trump said the war between Russia and Ukraine “should never have started.”

“President Putin had a very good meeting with Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff. What conclusion he drew from it, I cannot say, because it takes two to tango,” Trump added.
