Mirgadirov is currently attending the ceremony. Then he will be returned to the prison. Father of the journalist Habibulla Mirgadirov died on May 24. The journalist was allowed to attend his father’s funeral on that day. Rauf Mirgadirov was detained in Turkey on April 19 and deported to Azerbaijan. The court has sentenced him to pre-trial detention. He faced charges under article #274 (treason) of the Criminal Code. The house of Rauf Mirgadirov’s father was searched over the case.Bakudaily.az
