You should never torment a dog when it is tied up

This guy obviously thinks it’s hilarious to tease a dog tethered to a post.But, as you can see, it doesn’t take too long for the pit bull to exact revenge.The tormentor begins by throwing stones at the animal before provoking it again just out of reach.Seconds later the dog slips it leash and goes into full attack mode.The boy, from Mexico, is bitten and subsequently needs hospital treatment for a deep wound.Ruff justice is served.
