The end of March will be cold

According to weather forecasters, the weather on March 27  in Baku and Absheron  is expected cloudy, and rain  is possible in the evening in  some places. Southern wind will  change in the  evening  in the northwest. 

The temperature at night  will be +5+8 degrees, and in the daytime +13 +18 degrees. However, in the last days of March sharp decrease of temperature up to three degrees is expected.
