Two army servicemen burnt to death in Azerbaijan

Two army servicemen were burnt to death in a traffic accident in Azerbaijan’s western Tovuz District.

A Ford lorry collided with a Mercedes car in the village of Asagi Ayibli, according to the Ministry of Emergencies.

Servicemen Elcin Nazarov, 28, and Elcin Zeynalov, 31, were inside the Mercedes, which caught fire after the collusion.  

The driver of the lorry, Saleh Mammadov, 67, was hospitalized. 

The traffic police have launched an investigation into the accident.
