Ethnic Azeri man goes missing in Ukrainian capital

A 27-year-old ethnic Azeri man has gone missing after joining a rally in central Kiev, an Azeri diaspora group in Ukraine said.  

Teymur Mustafayev, a resident of the Ukrainian province of Turchin, travelled to Kiev on February 19 to visit his family before going to Maydan. He never returned home and his mobile telephone has been switched off. 

Mustafayev is originally from the village of Hovsan, east of Baku, the Azeri capital. He holds a Ukrainian passport. 

Mustafayev's family has appealed to police and the opposition headquarters in Maydan for information about his whereabouts.
