No weather changes are expected in Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, on Feb. 15.

Temperatures will range between - 2 and - 5°C at night and  6 - 10°C in the daytime, according to the National Hydro-Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource.ANN.Az
