Court rejects appeals of servicemen arrested in Azerbaijan

APA reports that Baku Court of Appeal has considered the appeals filed by officer of Azerbaijan Higher Military School named after Heydar Aliyev, Lieutenant-Colonel Namig Nabiyev, officer of Naval Forces, Lieutenant-Colonel Seyfi Huseynov and warrant officer of Naval Forces, Elkhan Hajiyev. The court rejected their appeals and sustained Baku Military Court’s judgment. Namig Nabiyev, Seyfi Huseynov and Elkhan Hajiyev were arrested over corruption a few days ago. ANN.Az
