Azeri crude price falls to record low in over three years

Azeri Light yesterday was traded at $67.65 a barrel, the lowest since March 2011, state energy company SOCAR said. 

Azerbaijan’s state budget for this year is based on an oil price of $100 a barrel.

The third largest crude producer in the former Soviet Union pumped 43 million tons of oil last year and 51 million tons in 2011.
