Iran MPs agree on plan to oblige government o annul nuclear deal if new sanction

Iranian lawmakers agreed to investigate a plan, as soon as possible, requiring the government to defend the country's nuclear rights and achievements. 225 lawmakers signed the plan which includes an article and seven items.
The plan says that Iran has shown much flexibility beyond international legal rights over last years, and specially last year on the Joint Action Plan (JAP) on transparency of its nuclear activities.
It warns that in case the US imposes further sanctions on Iran, the Iranian government is obliged to annul the JAP and take following steps to vindicate nuclear rights of Iranian nation under the NPT:
1. Activating enrichment centres without any limitation in use of type and numbers of centrifuges and the level of enrichment based on article 4 of NPT.
2. Producing and supplying the required nuclear fuel for the country by 190.000 Separative Work Unit (SWU) annually per every 1000- MW power plant based on article 4 of NPT.
3. Speeding up launch of Arak Heavy Water research reactor based on the local blueprint given the country's medical, agricultural and industrial needs under the NPT.
4. Stating twenty per cent uranium enrichment in Fordo nuclear facilities and at any other level required for peaceful research activities under the NPT.
5. Developing enrichment activities without any limitation, and building facilities required for nuclear fuel cycle using new and advanced technologies based on article 4 of the NPT.
6. Banning any inspection, monitoring and cooperation with the IAEA beyond the NPT Safeguards Agreement.
