Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on February 7, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. 

Temperatures will range between 3 C and 5 C below at night and 7 C and 12 C in the daytime.

North winds will blow.
