SOCAR reduces oil production in January

The company issued a statement.

In January 2015 SOCAR extracted 712 300 tons of oil, which is 0.5% lower than in January 2014, News.Az reports with reference to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).

In general, Azerbaijan oil production in January 2015 made 3,667,600 tons, which is 0.7% higher than in January last year.
In 2014 the total volume of oil production in Azerbaijan amounted to 41,900,000 tons of oil, 8,402,500 tons of oil was produced by SOCAR.
