APA reports that the information has been posted on the website of Interpol.

Russia has declared Azerbaijani citizen wanted through international search.
 
According to the information, 53-year-old Ganja resident Isa Guseynov is accused of committing fraud on a grand scale.
 
As he left Russia, he was declared wanted through Interpol.
 
Note that, Guseynov was engaged in business in Russia.
