Azeri 2016 budget envisages oil price of $50/barrel

Azerbaijan's 2016 budget will be based on an average oil price forecast of $50 per barrel, the head of country's central bank said on Wednesday.
Central bank president Elman Rustamov was speaking at a meeting of the parliament's economic policy committee.
Azerbaijan's state budget for 2015 is based on $90 per barrel.
