Nar Invites Famous Turkish Sports Commentator to Baku

Nar, one of the official partners and the mobile communication services provider of the 1st European Games has organized a special training for sports journalists to support the development of sports journalism in Azerbaijan and increase the professionalism of media people. Gökhan Günaydın, the famous sports commentator of Turkey who gained a rich experience working for the Sports Edition of TRT and TRT Spor channels, is invited by Nar to run the training in Baku. 

Up to 50 sports journalists representing many sports media have taken part at this one day training that took place in Baku’s Park Inn Hotel on 14 May 2015. Trainer has explained the ways of sport commenting and review, showed the techniques of sports news presentation, explained how to provide important information to journalists and stressed the role of media resources in promoting sports.

It should be mentioned that the main goal of training was to ensure the high level preparation of sports journalists to the large international competitions on the eve of the 1st European Games to be held in Azerbaijan and help them to demonstrate high level professionalism in media coverage of many tournaments.
