Russia anticipates revitalized cooperation in 3+3 format

Moscow expects that the work of the 3+3 format (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia - Russia, Türkiye, Iran) will be intensified following the ministerial meeting in Türkiye, which took place on October 18, according to Sergey Shoygu, the Secretary of the Russian Security Council.

Reported from TASS that speaking at a meeting of the CIS countries' Security Council Secretaries in Moscow, Shoygu emphasized that Russia has been doing everything possible to strengthen the consultative regional platform. "We hope that after the ministerial meeting [in Istanbul], the work of this mechanism will be intensified," he stated.
