Russia, Azerbaijan to cut roaming rates

The Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media has sent to the Azerbaijan Ministry of ITC a draft agreement on cutting roaming rates, Trend reported, citing Nikolay Nikiforov, the Russian minister.The draft will be signed by the ministries. Telecom operators will join the agreement later.

Russia and Azerbaijan also plan to sign a cooperation agreement on IT, postal services, the use of frequencies and other issues.
