Russia regrets that the Armenian side will not be represented at a high level at the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit to be held in Minsk on November 23, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told journalists. 

"We hope that Armenia will participate in this summit at the level of workers and experts. But, of course, we believe that Armenia will continue its activities in the CSTO,” Peskov said.
