Russia to terminate nuclear weapons reduction treaty with Japan

The Russian Foreign Ministry notified Japan of the termination of the bilateral agreement on cooperation in the nuclear arms reduction, reported from the Russian ministry.

The agreement with the Japanese government on cooperation in the reduction of nuclear weapons will terminate on May 21, 2024, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
