Russia, Ukraine exchange PoWs

Russia and Ukraine, through the mediation of the UAE, have carried out an exchange of prisoners of war in the 95-95 format, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, reported from TASS.

"The released military personnel will be transported by military transport aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces to Moscow for treatment and rehabilitation in medical institutions of the Russian Ministry of Defense,” the message says.
